The Tuesday Discussion Group meets the first and third Tuesday at 2:30 at Sue and Steve Urbatsch’s . Their address is 1627 7th Place SW. LECTURE 15 of the DVD series Exploring the Roots of Religion.TOPIC: SUN AND SEXUALITY IN EARLY SCANDINAVIA.
In the worldwide search for clues about ceremonies of lost religions, the rock art, the petroglyphs, of Tanum parish inwestern Sweden shine unexpected light on the religious rituals practiced in northern Europe during the Bronze Age.These carvings and drawings help us reconstruct a vibrant religious experience that endured into the age of the Vikings and Celtic
